DRESSES
Our Durban-based design team will work with you to create designs that match your specifications in fabrics that work for your brand. From floaty summer dresses to more formal gowns, we can help with all styles.
TROUSERS
We work with many mills around the world and can source the exact fabric you want. We manufacture everything from chinos to capris for various brands.
JACKETS AND COATS
We collaborate closely to bring your outerwear designs to life. Fabric and trim sourcing tailored to seasonal requirements, along with expert pattern development and prototyping. We can work with all fabrics and finishes including, wool, technical fabrics, linings, and interlinings. Manufacturing is all done in-house ensuring attention to detail, consistency and quality control.
BLOUSES & SHIRTS
Our process begins with close collaboration with your design team. We can offer guidance on fabric sourcing, pattern making, and sample creation to ensure each piece aligns with your brand vision. We then manage the full production cycle — from precise fabric cutting to detailed finishing touches such as collars, pleats, and button placements. We maintain rigorous quality control throughout to guarantee consistency. SWIMWEAR
Swimwear production requires precision in fabric selection. Finding the right balance of compression, flexibility, and durability against chlorine, saltwater, and UV exposure is key. We work closely with design teams to develop and refine patterns that ensure a perfect fit across all sizes. Our expertise includes specialised sewing techniques such as flatlock stitching, bonded seams, and elastic insertion to enhance both comfort and garment longevity. Rigorous quality control ensures that each piece meets performance, fit, and aesthetic standards and as with all our products, we retain a focus on sustainability.
